Teaching
I teach at the Ecole de Musique de Differdange - Luxembourg - and give private lessons in Amsterdam.
My teaching is definitely inspired by my wonderful experiences with my former teachers: Claude Weber at the local wind band in Luxembourg, Guy Goethals at the Conservatory of Luxembourg, Arno Bornkamp at the Conservatory in Amsterdam and Claude Delangle at the Conservatory in Paris.
As a member of the world-famous Amstel Quartet, contemporary music ensemble United Instruments of Lucilin, and my worldwide activities as a soloist and chamber musician my students can benefit from my broad stage experience and inspiration.
Private lessons are very much adapted to the student’s wishes and needs. You can always contact me for a free trial lesson where we can discuss your - and my - expectations. I can teach in dutch, german, french, english and luxembourgish.
Lessons are held at my home in Amsterdam. You should consider taking a lesson at least twice a month if you want to progress, and be able to study regularly at home.
Renting a saxophone is possible as well, for instance at www.saxomania.com.
For students from and around Luxembourg:
It is possible to register for my saxophone class in Differdange for the coming school year.
